The Ninth Circuit Ruling...
OK...over my bowl of soup, I gave the ruling a second glance and, see that this may not be as horrible as I originally took it to be. Seems like the principles behind the ruling are pretty sound.
The wording of the ruling, logical though it may be, is just not something Dad wants to hear.

Funny thing is that unless we put our kids in solitary they will know all about this and more long before the schools or parents can do much...
I don't disagree with that at all. I was pretty well-versed in matters of carnal knowledge well before my parents ever had "the talk" with me.
Come to think of it, I don't think my parents ever DID have "the talk" with me. THAT explains a lot.
